Terms and conditions of the competition
Submit your work created in Adobe and win a prize: a workshop with Adobe trainers, an Academic Course at USWPS and many more.
For whom?
The competition is open to all students of the SWPS University!
The stages of the competition:
- Submission of competition works by 30.03.2025
- Formal verification
- Selection of finalists (min. 3 entries in each category)
- Participation in workshops on public speaking and self-presentation
- Presentation of entries during the competition final
- Selection of the winners and awarding of prizes
What works can be submitted to the competition?
All work created in Adobe such as presentations, podcasts, websites, animations, videos, etc. made as part of a class or your extracurricular, professional, social activity - for which you own the copyright - are excellent entries in the competition.
You can participate in teams - maximum of 3 people.

Competition categories
The competition will award prizes in two categories:
- EXPRESS YOURSELF: participants with access to the Adobe Express suite (all majors except those listed under ‘Be Creative’),
- BE CREATIVE:participants with access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Design at the Faculty of Design in Warsaw; Graphic Design at the Faculty of Law and Communication in Wrocław; Digital Art, Game Design, Advertising and Multimedia Graphic Design at the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies in Kraków; as well as students in the Visual Communication specialization of the Communication and Media program at the Faculty of Law and Communication in Wrocław).
Prizes
- Prizes in the Express Yourself category:
- 1st place - one year of access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, participation in a chosen course from the USWPS Academic Course offer, an assessment using the Gallup test or the Belbin test and a synopsis of the results, Adobe and USWPS gadgets, a diploma.
- 2nd place - an assessment using the Gallup test or the Belbin test along with a synopsis of the results, Adobe and USWPS gadgets, a diploma
- 3rd place - Adobe and USWPS gadgets, a diploma
Each of the projects will be presented in the university’s official social media.
- Prizes in the Be Creative category:
- 1st place - participation in a chosen course from the USWPS Academic Course offer, an assessment using the Gallup test or the Belbin test and a synopsis of the results, Adobe gadgets, a diploma
- 2nd place - an assessment using the Gallup test or the Belbin test along with a synopsis of the results, Adobe and USWPS gadgets, a diploma
- 3rd place - Adobe and USWPS gadgets, a diploma
Each of the projects will be presented in the university’s official social media.
Additional information
The workshop to prepare for the presentation in stage II of the competition will be conducted in English. A communicative level of English is required for successful completion of Stage II of the competition.
The competition finals will be held stationary on 10 April 2025 at the SWPS University Campus in Warsaw at ul. Chodakowska 19/31, 03-815 Warsaw. Those who qualify for the final from the University campus outside Warsaw will have their travel and accommodation funded.
